Yes, that's right! From now on, the New Work Times is no longer just available to read as a newsletter, but also as a podcast for your ears! A podcast for the working world of tomorrow and for all decision-makers who want to make their company fit for the future. The New Work Times podcast has been available to listen to on all popular podcast platforms since 11.11.2024. We work according to the Netflix principle and think in seasons. These are published once a quarter. This means you can find out more about a specific topic and don't have to wait for the next episode.
As a big podcast fan, Johanna Bath has been toying with the idea of creating her own podcast for a long time. Now the time has finally come - although a new episode is not published every week, as is usual in well-known podcasts, it is simply more realistic for me in this seasonal form. So since 11.11.2024 the New Work Times podcast can be listened to on all popular podcast platforms. The first season of seven episodes is already available in full. The podcast is intended to convey the latest findings from science and practice on the topic of New Work. In particular, the aim is to enable decision-makers in companies to use these impulses to optimize the performance of their work organizations.

The Netflix principle
In the first episode of the New Work Times podcast, Johanna Bath and Wolfgang Pfeifer provide insights into the concept of the season and the idea of publishing all episodes as a bundle so that listeners can flexibly decide when and at what pace they want to consume the content. This season is dedicated to the current topic "Back to Office, but the right way". After several years in which working from home has become the norm in many companies, they are now facing new challenges. Johanna and Wolfgang shed light on the debates surrounding presence quotas and discuss how companies can find a balance between the expectations of management and the needs of their employees. The hosts announce interesting discussions with experts on hybrid working models, modern office design and a new management culture. A must-listen podcast for anyone interested in the working environments of the future!
"A podcast for everyone who wants to make their organization fit for the future!
