Motivation test
How do you manage expectations of yourself?
When I set expectations for myself, it's only when I'm completely convinced it's the right thing to do.
I fulfill the expectations of others. When it comes to expectations of myself, it's often a different story.
I try to set as few expectations for myself as possible.
When I set expectations for myself, I take them just as seriously as the expectations of others.
What frustrates you about yourself?
I usually make time when others need me. I take time for myself too rarely.
I have my plan and stick to it, even though sometimes it would be more relaxing to deviate from it.
As soon as someone expects something from me, I break out and just don't do it.
I always have to have more information before I'm really convinced. That is sometimes exhausting.
How do you feel about good intentions?
I can make good resolutions, but I wouldn't do it at the turn of the year. That has nothing to do with the date.
If I set myself good resolutions, then I also implement them - even if only I know about them.
I've tried to make good resolutions before, but it's hard for me to implement them on my own.
I try to give myself as much freedom as possible. I don't even set myself any good resolutions.
How have you managed to change habits in the past?
I look for a group of like-minded people or someone to whom I am accountable. When I know others are watching, my stamina increases.
I don't usually try to pick up certain habits, it limits me too much.
I research in advance how and why I want to change the habit. That's how I find the best solution for me.
I usually manage to change habits, even if no one around me cares.
If something bothers others about your behavior, it's probably that ...
you ask too many questions and others feel like you have no confidence in their abilities.
you are unreliable and leave others hanging.
you follow through with your own routines, regardless of whether the others are there.
you neglect yourself for so long that problems eventually arise.
Which sentence applies to you the most?
Discipline is freedom.
I ask the necessary questions, even if they are provocative.
I put others first.
I am a free spirit and absolutely independent of the expectations of others.
Which quote could be from you?
"I do things when I want and how I want - if others want something from me, the likelihood of me getting it done decreases."
"I do what others expect of me - but also what I expect of myself."
"I do what I expect myself to do and only do it if it is the most sensible and best way to do it, even if it means upsetting others."
"I do what others expect of me. If I would like to implement something myself, I find it much more difficult."
I take over this part in teamwork.
I deliver results quickly and push the work forward expeditiously.
I do thorough research and question whether the team is on the right track.
I am creative and come and go when I want. But sometimes I also have real work spurts.
Everyone can rely on me and I always enjoy coming to meetings.
