The status quo of the current work model is analyzed with the help of the Hybrid Work Assessment and the Hybrid Work Index provides a performance-relevant key figure.

We create a common picture of the employees and managers and, based on this, record necessary measures and substantiate them with key figures.

Employees are integrated and assume responsibility in the project. We design the employee communication and give impulses for the employer branding.
